Yoga privates - just you and me.
„Practice and all is coming“ is a common phrase in yoga. Every body is, without a doubt, a master piece with amazing possibilities and the potential for incredibly complex movement. Yet there are physical limitations some people can overcome while others cannot.
When training together, we will take into consideration everything you possess:
fitness level of your muscles and fascia | your muscle tone | unchangeable shape of your bones and joints | genetically predetermined elasticity of your connective tissues | your sense of movement | state of your nervous system | breath control and awareness | inner attitude towards the pose | experience and familiarity | mental trauma | physical injuries
Understanding and respecting our anatomy, we can play to our strengths and are going to make quick progress. Carefully and patiently, we are going to work on changeable weaknesses. And we will learn to accept our bodies as a whole, instead of getting frustrated trying to change the invariable.
Private lessons allow us to tailor your training to your long-term goals and respond to your current needs. We are not bound to fixed days of the week or conventional studio hours - your yoga takes place, whenever and wherever you want it to.
Which is your yoga?
Balance
You have a busy life and are looking for balance. The simplest, most efficient way to finding true relaxation is by seeking the contrast to effort. In this way, we tranfer pent-up energy and tension into powerful exercises, enabling us to let go consciously. Mindfulness, mediation and breathing techniques help you carry over this effortlessness into your every day life.
Focus
Yoga does not contradict clear training objectives. May it be wheel, handstand, full splits or simply a great over-all fitness level, we are going to develop a realistic plan to achieve your goals. Finding a sustainable balance between strength and flexiblity, your physical as well as mental resilience will be reinforced.
